Tool for effective project management.

What is a project - overview

Quickly structure your work into big, medium, and small chuncks. These are called Initiatives (big), Epics (medium), and Stories (small, bite-sized chunks).
- Describe the main goals/results in Initiatives;
- Identify the chuncks of work required to achieve each goal, i.e. the Epics;
- Define workpackages with tangible result, that can be realised in a specific period/timeframe in Stories. The timeframes are called Sprints. Each Story will be planned (and realised) in a Sprint.
