Wat is meant by 'One Plan, One Price'? ▼

Rocket Project subscriptions are built around projects. This creates a clear investment. No per-seat pricing. No fees per-user, or per-role. Simple, transparent pricing. This transparency support our purpose: to help organize your projects, and turn plans into results.

Is there a free trial? ▼

Yes! All plans come with a 30-day free trial. Just register – email, password & callsign – and launch. You can explore all features risk-free. Before the trial ends, we will notify you and kindly request to enter you payment information. This way we can seamlessly continue our services to you.

Can I change plans later? ▼

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Your new plan starts immediately, and your payment follows the next billing cycle.

What happens to my data if I downgrade? ▼

Your data will not be deleted. If you exceed the limits of your new plan, you will be notified, and you will be asked to remove items. When you are within the limits of you desired plan, you can transfer. Your new plan starts immediately, and your payment follows the next billing cycle.

Can I get a discount? ▼

Yes! By chosing yearly payments, you enjoy 12 months of Rocket Project for the price of 10. Educational institutions and NGO's can request a discount by contacting sales@rocket-project.eu. Students can get discount when they subscribe via their institution (school, college, university).

What are 'entities'? ▼

Goals, Milestones, and Work Items. Or agile: Initiatives, Epics, and Stories. Example: 3 goals × 4 milestones × 10 work items = 120 entities. You can monitor your usage anytime in Settings. When nearing you subscription limits, we'll let you know.

What payment methods do you accept? ▼

Many. With our payment partner Mollie, RockPro offers the following payment optiona: Ideal, Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Apple Pay, SEPA Bank Transfer, SEPA Direct Debit, Google Pay, Pay by Bank, Trustly, and Satispay. When you require a different payment method, please contact sales@rocket-project.eu.

What are the '+' plans and Space Jumps? ▼

Happy with your plan, and just need more room? Our "+" plans – Space Jumps – are packs that expand your workspace; more projects, users, and entities. They are not add-ons — they are standalone plan tiers with higher limits; what you see is the new montly price. Example: Individual+ gives you 8 projects, 15 users, and 2,000 entities for €19/mo — no Team upgrade required.

Do you offer an Enterprise plan? ▼

We currently do not offer an Enterprise plan, but please contact Sales if you feel the need for this. Please send an email to sales@rocket-project.eu, and we will contact you.

What does Rocket-Project not offer? ▼

We have deliberately chosen to leave resourcing and finance out of Rocket-Project. In our experience applications that focus on multiple functionalities, usually end up in being mediocre in all. Rocket-Project's focus is to create flow towards results. In most cases, speadsheets or other app's can cover the rest.

Do you know something funny? ▼

Hmmm..., not sure. When you look at our plans, you can calculate the price per user or seat. Although we take this topic very seriously, our customers often find it quite funny.
